Camp Site & Facilities

Barley Creek Camp sits on 52 acres with a view of rolling barley fields and the spectacular Teton Mountains. The property has a small, slow-moving stream (Barley Creek, named after our Golden Retriever) that runs through the eastern side of the property. The bottom two acres of the property have been designed with three ‘tent cabins’, each with its own platform and deck with a full view
of the Teton Mountains. Each tent cabin is spacious, carpeted, tastefully furnished in western
décor and is equipped with electricity, wireless DSL Internet access, a wood stove and sleeps
four people comfortably. Each tent cabin has its own heated bathhouse with hot and cold running water, shower/bath and toilet. True western comfort and camping at its best!

The ground area around the tents is a lush grass lawn with 75 newly planted Aspen trees with an underground watering system that is activated late each night. The back acreage behind the tents is planted with native grasses and wildflowers.

In addition to the sleeping tents, a ‘cook tent’ also is an integral part of the camp. The cook tent
is set up near all three tent cabins, and also faces the mountains. Inside, we have a complete kitchen facility with family-style breakfast served each morning. One corner of the cook tent is reserved for a small library and quiet area.

At the very front of the camp, facing the Tetons, is a circled campfire. There are log benches and a fire pit. A nightly campfire is a wonderful tradition— and feels great in the cool evenings, providing great conversation among families and other guests.
